Gift cards, vouchers or discount coupons with QR code

As a retail chain, hospitality business, or any other gift card issuer, you might currently be using paper gift cards, vouchers, or coupons. With Easydus software, you can fully digitize these by making gift cards or vouchers available to your customers through a QR Code or QR Ticket. You can also make coupons digitally available through a QR Code. This not only provides you with additional marketing information from your customers but also allows you to see in real time who has requested and redeemed the gift cards.

Customers can easily request a gift card or discount voucher via a web form. After paying online, they automatically receive the voucher with a QR code. You can also send personalized vouchers directly by email.

Scanning gift voucher

When the customer redeems the discount coupon or gift card, they can immediately show the QR code on their mobile phone. It can then be scanned using the Easydus app. This provides real-time information about who redeemed the coupons. You can only scan the same coupon once. Alternatively, you can use a separate scanner to scan the QR codes on the coupons.

Marketing follow-up actions

After the receipts have been returned, you can analyze and create overviews of which customers purchased which product or service. This allows you to create follow-up newsletters or request a review of the product or service they purchased via a web form.
