Submitting abstracts

Authors submit their abstracts via a custom-designed web form with various question types and attachments such as documents, CVs, or photos. After submission, they automatically receive a confirmation and can make any necessary changes.

With Easydus, you determine the abstract review process yourself: one or more reviewers, your own assessment criteria, multiple rounds, and automatic or manual steps.

With Easydus, you can generate any overview and dashboard of submitted, reviewed, approved, or edited abstracts. Send emails directly from these overviews, such as reminders for submission or review.

Author feedback

After reviewing the abstracts, you can easily share the results with the authors, optionally with an explanation. Besides approving or rejecting, you can also submit suggestions for improvement so the author can make immediate adjustments.
