Send a personal invitation to a conference
With Easydus, you can send personalized invitations for each conference, including “save the date” emails. Emails are sent from your own address, fully branded, and include a personalized link to the registration form. Follow-up communication is also easily arranged through Easydus.
Registration for congress
Design your own web form with various question types. Easily request preferences for parking, overnight stays, or workshops, among other things. Set limits per workshop and automatically display full notifications. Quickly generate overviews of registrations and cancellations.
Confirm by e-mail
After registering via the web form, Easydus automatically sends a confirmation with attachments such as an invoice, QR code, vouchers, or program. Also include unsubscribe or change links, and optionally, a participant list.
Create overview
After registration, you can quickly generate overviews of registrations, cancellations, payments, workshops, dinners, or overnight stays. Easily send reminders or payment reminders. After scanning QR tickets, you can see in real time who is present and who is a no-show.
Payment by visitors
With Easydus, you can organize both free and paid conferences. Payments via email links are processed automatically, giving you real-time insight and allowing you to easily send payment reminders. Payments can be made via iDeal, credit cards, PayPal, and many more. Invoices can be sent automatically.
Scanning of visitor and printing badge
Visitors register using a QR code, which they can scan using the free Easydus app (iOS & Android). Scan at the entrance, exit, or during workshops for real-time attendance. In conjunction with our partner, you can print badges immediately after scanning.

Evaluation form
After the conference, you can easily collect feedback using an evaluation form with all the desired question types. Results are visible in real time for each participant during the registration process, or anonymously if desired.
Abstract handling
With Easydus, you manage the entire abstract handling process. Authors submit their abstracts online, reviewers use your own review form, and you have a real-time overview of the status and number of submissions. You provide feedback to authors immediately after review.
Relation Database
Organizing multiple conferences? With the Easydus contact database, you can automatically track who attended each conference. You define your own fields and easily send newsletters. Thanks to the integration with registration, you no longer need a separate CRM – new participants are added automatically.
