Configure your own Fair Application process
Determine the data and documents required to allocate fair registrations. Besides the registration fee, consider details such as the ride dimensions, breed number, inspection report, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) document, and proof of insurance. Decide how you want your communication styled.
Selection and allocation
Reach fairground operators via a personalized email invitation with a pre-filled form or through an open link on your website. After registering, they’ll receive immediate confirmation and can register additional attractions, while your organization automatically receives an alert.

After closing the form, you can easily create overviews for the selection. Assigned operators will automatically receive a notification with a (partial) invoice, and rejected operators will also receive a notification.
Management of the Fair
