Philosophy of the prices
The Easydus philosophy means that the customer is at the wheel and can make changes to the configuration himself, so that less costs will be incurred. For this, customers can optionally receive extensive training about the system so that they are less or no longer dependent on the software supplier for changes. Because Easydus is a platform, we can also implement quickly. An average implementation takes two to four weeks and, due to the modular set-up of Easydus, you will also spend less costs than many other parties.
Prices general
The prices for all types of applications and applications consist of the following components:
- One-time set-up / configuration costs. This depends on your wishes for the organization of the process. Of course you can also build it yourself and then these costs will expire.
- License costs. You have a license from 800 euros (ex. VAT) per year for an unlimited number of users and an unlimited number of processes and events. Optionally, you can purchase additional modules depending on the application.
- Consumption part or registration costs: this is 1 euro per registration on a webform.
- Optinal support costs at 80 euro per hour.
Prices for Events, QR Ticketing, conferences, meetings & participant registration
- A one-off meeting, conference or event: all-in price from 750 euros.

If you organize a meeting more then once a year or organize a meeting every year, the costs consist of the following components:
- Standard License from 800 euros per year for an unlimited number of users
- 1 euro per registration on a web form. For example, for a meeting of 200 participants, the costs are 200 euros for registration.
- Optinal support costs at 80 euro per hour.
- Additionally, we offer modules such as: Abstract Handling, Multi-Scan or Login-Functionality
